2. New technology and type of pipeline irrigation
(1) Self pressure spray irrigation
Self pressure sprinkler irrigation is creating pressure in the pipeline and supplying the pressure of sprinkler head for sprinkler irrigation by making using of the natural difference between water diversion and irrigation area by natural river course, lake or natural river, lake. Self pressure sprinkling irrigation is mostly used in mountainous areas and slopes. Self pressure irrigation is a direct use of pressure caused by terrain height difference, such as mountain reservoir, pond, pool, etc. For irrigation, it does not need additional power, less investment, simple equipment. Due to the change of terrain slope, the farther the distance from the ground, the greater the self drop, and the higher the working pressure of self pressure sprinkler irrigation. In order to make full use of the pressure and improve the efficiency and quality of sprinkler irrigation, the self pressure sprinkler should be divided into different pressure zones, and different working pressure nozzles should be selected to match with it. At the same time, different pressure resistant pipes can also be used to achieve the purpose of saving investment.
(2) Constant pressure sprinkler irrigation
The water supply network from the water source pumping station and machine well to the scattered water supply weirs in the irrigation area maintains pressure throughout the watering season. The user can connect the sprinkler equipment to the sprinkler equipment. The equipment of constant pressure sprinkling irrigation for users can be a sprinkling irrigation machine with high degree of automation, or a portable metal pipeline sprinkling irrigation system with hand movement. These equipment make use of the pressure water in the water supply pipe as the power to drive the unit to operate and spray irrigation. In order to maintain a constant pressure, it is necessary to limit the maximum and minimum number of water intake units in the pipe network. However, each unit can use water at will. A pressure regulating tank is arranged on the main pipe at the outlet of the pump station. Its function is to limit the variation of water pressure in the upper and lower limits of the pipe network, so the maximum capacity of the water unit must be specified. There are many forms of constant pressure sprinkler system, including centralized pressure and centralized control system, such as a pump station for the pressure water of the whole pipe network. There are also low-pressure water supply, decentralized pressurization and centralized control systems, that is, the water source pump station only plays the role of water delivery, and the decentralized pump station pressurizes and sprays water. But all pump stations are under centralized control.
(3) Magnetized water sprinkler irrigation
Magnetized water sprinkling irrigation is a new irrigation method for fruit trees by using the water treated by magnetic field. Magnetized water is beneficial to the growth of roots and branches. It combines the advantages of magnetized water irrigation effect and sprinkler irrigation effect, and it has obvious benefits for apple tree yield.
