1. Repair and maintenance before the beginning of irrigation season
1. For the filter part, before the first irrigation of the medium filter, fill the tank with water and put in a bag of chlorine balls. After 30 minutes of storage, backwash once respectively according to the normal use method. The backwash can mix the medium in advance to make the loose contact surface of particles unfold. After that, clean all parts of the filter and tighten all screws.
2. Check whether or not the parts of fertilizer tank or fertilizer injection pump and the connection with the system are correct, and remove the accumulated dirt in the tank body to prevent it from entering the pipeline system.
3. Check all end risers to see if there is any breakage or missing plug. If so, repair and supplement in time.
4. Check all valves, pressure regulators and their connecting microtubules, and repair any defects in time.
5. Close the bottom drain valve on the main branch pipe.
2. Repair and maintenance at the end of each irrigation season
1. Open the end plugs of each branch pipe and main pipe respectively according to the sequence of the whole system high-pressure cleaning, start the water pump, use high-pressure force to flush one by one, try to clean the dirt in the pipeline, and then install the plug.
2. After the high-pressure cleaning of the pipeline, the filter shall be fully cleaned and the water shall be purified.
a. If the filter is a laminated filter with sand and gravel separator, clean each laminated group first, then dry the sealing ring in the plastic shell with dry cloth and put it back. Then, open the plug at one end of the sand collecting chamber to discharge the accumulated materials in the chamber and drain the water. Then set the selection button under the filter pressure gauge to the exhaust position.
b. If the filter is a medium filter, first open the top cover of the filter tank, check the quantity of sand and gravel filter material, and compare it with the label on the tank body. If the quantity is insufficient, it should be supplemented in time to avoid affecting the filtering quality. If there is suspended solids on the sand and gravel filter material, it should be fished out. At the same time, one bag of chlorine ball should be added into each tank, and it should be started after being placed for 30 minutes. Each tank should be recoiled twice for 120 seconds. Then, the cover of the filter and the drain valve at the bottom of the tank body should be opened to drain the water completely. Then set the selection button under the filter pressure gauge to the exhaust position. If the metal coating on the surface of the tank or the metal water inlet pipe is damaged, the rust shall be removed immediately and re-sprayed.
c. If the filter is a medium filter with laminated secondary filter, clean the lamination and wipe the sealing ring in the shell on the basis of repeating 2.2.2.

3. Maintenance of fertilization system

a. If the fertilizer applicator is a fertilizer injection pump with plastic fertilizer tank, first clean the fertilizer tank with clean water and open the lid of the pot and air it. Then clean the fertilizer injection pump with clean water, and then decompose it. Take out the drive piston of the fertilizer injection pump, coat the parts with lubricating oil, carry out normal lubrication maintenance, and then dry the parts and reassemble them.
b. If a fertilizer injection tank is used, the residual liquid in the tank should be carefully cleaned and dried. Then, take off the hose on the tank, wash it with water, and keep it in the tank.
4. Maintenance of other field equipment
Before winter comes, three points should be paid attention to in order to prevent pipeline from being damaged before the season of severe cold.
1. Open the bottom drain valve on the main branch pipe in the field to drain the water inside as much as possible. The valve does not need to be closed in winter.
2. Set the automatic switch of each valve in the field to the on position.
3. All drip irrigation pipelines in the field shall be straightened without twisting. If it is recycled in winter, you should keep in mind that it can not be twist.
During maintenance, shut down the water pump, open the fertilizer injection port connected with the main pipeline and the water inlet driving the fertilizer injection system to discharge the pressure.
a. If the fertilizer applicator is a fertilizer injection pump with plastic fertilizer tank, first clean the fertilizer tank with clean water and open the lid of the pot and air it. Then clean the fertilizer injection pump with clean water, and then decompose it. Take out the drive piston of the fertilizer injection pump, coat the parts with lubricating oil, carry out normal lubrication maintenance, and then dry the parts and reassemble them.
b. If a fertilizer injection tank is used, the residual liquid in the tank should be carefully cleaned and dried. Then, take off the hose on the tank, wash it with water, and keep it in the tank.
4. Maintenance of other field equipment
Before winter comes, three points should be paid attention to in order to prevent pipeline from being damaged before the season of severe cold.
1. Open the bottom drain valve on the main branch pipe in the field to drain the water inside as much as possible. The valve does not need to be closed in winter.
2. Set the automatic switch of each valve in the field to the on position.
3. All drip irrigation pipelines in the field shall be straightened without twisting. If it is recycled in winter, you should keep in mind that it can not be twist.
